Registration and Payment
1.1 Submission of an online registration form constitutes a firm booking (subject to availability) and acceptance of these Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”).
1.2 All registration fees must be paid in full within 30 days of submitting your registration. If registering within 30 days of the event start date, payment is due immediately and must be completed before the event commences. The Company reserves the right to cancel your registration if full payment is not received. If payment remains outstanding at the event start date, on-site payment will be required.
1.3 Cancellations are subject to the Cancellation Policy outlined below.Substitutions
2.1 Delegate substitutions may be made at any time without additional charge. To arrange a substitution, please contact the Registrations Department at least 24 hours before the event starts.Value Added Tax (VAT)
3.1 VAT will be applied where applicable according to relevant tax regulations.
3.2 A tax invoice/receipt will be issued for all registrations.Cancellation Policy
4.1 Cancellations must be made in writing (email acceptable).
4.2 Refunds for cancellations are provided as follows:
– At least 30 days before the event: Full refund.
– Between 7 and 30 days before the event: Refund minus 20% administrative charge.
– Within 7 days of the event: No refund; however, a credit (minus 20% administrative charge) may be issued for future events at the Company’s discretion.
4.3 No refund or credit is given if no notice of cancellation is received.
4.4 Non-recoverable payment processing fees may be deducted from all refunds.Event Cancellation by the Company
5.1 The Company reserves the right to cancel or postpone the event. If this occurs, you will receive a full refund of any registration fees paid.
5.2 The Company’s liability is limited to the refund of registration fees only.Force Majeure
6.1 The Company shall not be liable for delay or cancellation due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, government restrictions).
6.2 In such cases, the Company may reschedule the event and transfer your registration to the new date; no refunds will be provided unless required by law.Programme Changes
7.1 The Company may make reasonable alterations to the event programme, speakers, timing, and venue.
7.2 Material changes will be communicated to attendees. The Company may, at its sole discretion, offer partial refunds or credits in the event of significant programme alterations.Liability
8.1 Attendees must comply with all venue regulations. The Company is not liable for loss or damage to attendee property.
8.2 The Company’s liability for any claim arising out of this event shall not exceed the total amount paid by the attendee for registration. The Company is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.Insurance
9.1 Attendees should arrange appropriate personal and travel insurance, including coverage for cancellation, lost items, and unforeseen circumstances.Non-Discrimination Policy
10.1 The Company is committed to providing an inclusive environment. Discrimination or harassment based on gender, age, marital status, sexual orientation, ethnicity, religion, culture, or disability is not tolerated.Data Protection and Data Sharing
11.1 The Company processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018, and any other applicable privacy legislation.
11.2 By registering for this event, you acknowledge and agree that the Company may collect your personal data (such as name, job title, organization, contact details, session attendance, and any voluntary information provided during registration).
11.3 The Company may share your personal data with event sponsors, exhibitors, and other selected partners (“Sponsors”) to facilitate networking, marketing, and follow-up opportunities. The categories of data shared and the conditions under which it is shared depend on the Sponsor’s investment level and your engagement during the event, including, but not limited to:
– Registration details (e.g., name, job title, organization, country)
– Session attendance logs (for both online and in-person sessions)
– Badge scan data at exhibition booths and sponsored areas
11.4 If you attend a sponsored session or allow your badge to be scanned at a Sponsor’s booth (either physically or via digital means for virtual events), you consent to your personal data being transferred to that Sponsor.
11.5 Sponsors are contractually obliged to process your data in compliance with applicable data protection laws. They will only use your data for purposes related to their products and services (e.g., sending you relevant information, follow-up communication, and offers). Sponsors must provide a clear option to opt-out of further communications.
11.6 International Data Transfers: The Company may transfer your data outside the UK/EEA under appropriate safeguards (e.g., standard contractual clauses).

12.1 The Company may capture photos, audio, and video recordings of the event. By attending, you grant the Company the right to use such media for promotional and archival purposes. If you do not wish to be included, please notify the Company in advance.Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
13.1 These T&Cs are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
13.2 For events outside the UK, local consumer protection laws may also apply.
13.3 Disputes shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration before resorting to litigation, where practicable.
