Devshree Bhatt

Devshree Bhatt is a Lead People Scientist at Culture Amp and a registered Organisational Psychologist. Devshree joined Culture Amp in August 2022. Prior to this, she worked across various industries, advising on engagement and experience surveys, culture change and assessment, user experience, and people analytics.

Other HR tech platforms that Devshree has experience with include Qualtrics and Workday. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology (Honours) and a Master’s Degree in Psychology (Organisational).
