Focus Summits

Creating business value comes from directly addressing organisational goals.

Throughout 2025 and 2026, People Analytics World will host Focus Summits in multiple locations around the world that dive into one of the six Key Business Priorities.

These are smaller events that break the challenge down into three workstreams, and combine case study presentations, panel debates, and round-table peer exchanges to find solutions together.

The outcome of each summit is a co-created 90-day sprint plan to make measurable progress on all three areas, which you can take back to your organisation and begin implementing right away.
