Angelina Michail

Angelina Michail is Head of Human Resources Europe H.Q. & Switzerland at Ecolab, where she leads HR strategy, culture and organisational transformation across multiple European markets. Over more than a decade at Ecolab, she has driven digital HR innovation, including the adoption of AI in European HR, and helped design and implement a new HR service delivery model.

Previously Head of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion for Europe and a long-standing HR Business Partner and Board member, Angelina has led multi-country DE&I programmes and secured Ecolab’s first Great Place to Work® certifications across 28 European countries. A certified leadership professional and member of The Boardroom, she focuses on data-driven people decisions, inclusive leadership and building high-performing, future-ready workplaces.
