Chloé Saimpert

Chloé Saimpert is Head of Human Capital Intelligence and Technology at UNICEF, where she leads the organisation’s global People and Culture strategy, HR digital transformation and the responsible use of generative AI in people processes. She oversees advanced people analytics and prescriptive insights to inform workforce planning, talent management and employee experience across a highly distributed, mission-driven workforce.

Previously, Chloé headed Human Resources at the United Nations Office for Disaster Risk Reduction and held a series of senior HR roles across the UN system, driving large-scale transformation, restructuring and SAP-enabled change initiatives. She brings nearly two decades of international HR leadership experience in complex, multi-location environments.
