Catty Bennet Sattler

Catty Bennet Sattler is CHRO and Director of the Division of People Management at UNHCR, the UN Refugee Agency, where she leads the people function and a global HR team. She drives large-scale transformation towards a more people-centric, data-informed HR model, modernising the digital employee experience and aligning HR and financial strategies to support institutional sustainability.

With senior leadership roles across UNHCR, ICRC, UNDP, UNICEF and Siemens, Catty has worked on five continents, including developing and post-conflict contexts. Her expertise spans talent and leadership development, workforce planning, performance and succession, diversity and inclusion, and HR strategy and policy, with a consistent focus on leveraging engagement and learning to enable organisational change
