She has led large, multicultural sales and deal teams across Asia and the Growth Markets, managing revenues from hundreds of millions to over a billion dollars annually while consistently improving renewal rates and customer retention.

Known for building diverse, high-performing organisations, Ann has driven major subscription and support growth, shaped complex commercial constructs for Microsoft’s most strategic clients, and led digital sales and software businesses across Asia Pacific.
