Jonathan Green is Global Head of People Analytics at Nomura, where he leads the firm’s enterprise-wide people analytics strategy and platforms. With over 20 years’ experience in global banking and consulting, he builds high-impact analytics functions that equip leaders with evidence-based insight on workforce planning, DEI, ESG and digital HR transformation.

Previously, Jonathan advised multinational organisations at McKinsey and KPMG on people strategy, workforce analytics and capability building, with a focus on compliance, performance and large-scale transformation. He is particularly interested in the practical application of AI and machine learning in HR to improve decision-making and inclusive growth.
