Leaning on her 20+ years of HR experience in talent management, leadership development, operations and technology, Carla has a passion for improving how work gets done by integrating technology into business processes.
In her last human resources role before joining Visier, she built a Global HR Services team, focusing on delivering expertise in project/change management, process design and improvement, technology and analytics. The goal was to elevate HR capability while also focusing on making a more seamless experience across the employee lifecycle. An important part of building HR capability included leveraging data to drive decisions and she acquired Visier to help support these goals.
Now, as Director of People Analytics Consulting at Visier, she enjoys sharing this experience to help organizations maximize their Visier People investment to achieve their desired strategic outcomes.
