Ashish Pant

Ashish Pant is a senior HR and business transformation leader with nearly two decades of experience across healthcare and manufacturing. He specialises in HR strategy, people analytics, talent management, and large-scale organisational change. At Novartis, he built the global People Analytics and Data Centre of Excellence from the ground up, leading a multi-continent team and establishing robust governance for people data. His work has focused on talent retention, organisational health, leadership effectiveness, diversity and inclusion, and employee wellbeing, with Novartis’s analytics journey featured in Excellence in People Analytics.

Ashish has also led major enterprise initiatives, including the creation of a centralised Talent Acquisition service model and HR readiness for a new 10,000-associate business services division. Known for collaborative, inclusive leadership, he has built high-performing global teams and advises senior stakeholders on evidence-based workforce decisions. He also teaches People Analytics as an Adjunct Professor at IE Business School.
