Chris Kaibel

Chris Kaibel is Vice President, Head of People Analytics & Intelligence at Fresenius Group, where he leads the global people analytics agenda to deliver strategic, evidence-based workforce insights. He brings extensive experience in building people analytics functions, shaping data-driven HR strategies and advising senior leaders on workforce decisions.

Previously, Chris held several global roles at Roche, including leading the Strategic Experimentation workstream within the People Insights & Technology chapter and serving as Organisational Scientist for EMEA. A former start-up Head of R&D and long-standing lecturer on people analytics and sustainable HR, he combines behavioural science, data science and GenAI to create robust, actionable insights.
