Christopher John Shane

Christopher Shane is Global Head of HR Core and People Analytics at Hilti Group, where he leads people analytics, data governance and core HR systems across a major international workforce. He has driven Hilti’s global HR reporting and analytics through one of the company’s largest HR transformation programmes, shaping metrics, insights and digital capabilities for senior leadership.

With earlier experience in HR controlling, generalist HR and compensation and benefits at organisations including Imerys, Société Générale CIB and L’Oréal, Christopher brings a strong blend of financial rigour, HR expertise and data-driven decision making to the design of modern people functions.
