David Barrett

David is a founder and CEO of Welliba. He started his career at SHL in 1997 and has worked in the area of psychometrics, behavioral science, talent management, people analytics, and employee experience across a wide range of roles over the last 25 years across North America, Europe and Asia. He is happiest being on the frontline of client centric technological and scientific transformation, and being able to participate in how the digital world has transformed the way in which we can create, use, and apply intelligent data for the good of people and organizations.

Prior to Welliba, he was the CCO of AON Human Capital overseeing sales, revenue, and client solutions globally in the areas of talent assessment for selection, development, future of work, organizational performance, and total rewards. He led a team of 400 people in commercial and professional roles.

David joined AON in 2017 as a part of their acquisition of the cut-e, a digital talent assessment and psychometrics business he had co-founded. At cut-e, he built and led the firm’s global capability and footprint to a revenue of $30million per annum, have teams in 30 countries, working in 40+ languages assessing over 30 million people per annum in selection, development, upskilling, and learning contexts.
