Divakar Khanna

Divakar Khanna is Global Head of People Data Strategy and Analytics at Kenvue, where he built the people analytics function from the ground up following its separation from Johnson & Johnson’s consumer business. He leads the global roadmap for HR data, analytics and AI, overseeing data governance, quality and the deployment of self-service tools such as Visier to empower HR and business leaders.

With senior leadership roles spanning Medtronic, Optum and UnitedHealth Group, Divakar has extensive experience in predictive analytics, intelligent automation and data science. He has led centres of excellence in machine learning and image processing, driven large-scale cloud and analytics transformations, and now serves on the People Analytics Advisory Board of the Intelligent Enterprise Leaders Alliance.
