Francesca Caroleo

Francesca Caroleo is a business-oriented HR executive with over 20 years of international experience in the financial sector, including insurance (Allianz) and banking (Banque Internationale à Luxembourg – BIL), and currently at Citibank.

As a non-native HR professional, Francesca transitioned into HR after gaining experience in Marketing and Sales. She has held various roles with a focus on driving business transformation, restructuring the HR function, and implementing common HR systems and global processes.

Francesca is committed to advancing HR through skills management and is herself a passionate lifelong learner, continuously expanding her expertise, milestone after milestone, across coaching (ICF), HR leadership (SHRM), reward and performance strategies (CIPD), process optimisation (Opex Six Sigma), and innovation (INSEAD).
