Currently, Laurent leads global HR data governance at L’Oréal, a strategic role he created in 2022. As HR Data and Analytics Officer, he oversees the quality, analysis, and visualisation of HR data for the entire group. His team, comprised of specialists in data quality, visualisation, and modelling, leverages cutting-edge technologies like Snowflake and Power BI to provide key insights to HR decision-makers. Laurent focuses on three pillars: data ready for business, business ready for data, and people ready for data, aiming to transform HR into a truly data-driven function.
