With more than 11 years of experience in HR Technology and People Analytics, I lead the transformation of HR into a digital, data-driven, and efficient function. I have grown with the evolution of HR systems—from on-premise and manual Excel reporting to cloud-based global platforms, harmonized data models, and automated analytics at scale.

My expertise spans end-to-end HR technology ecosystems, including SAP SuccessFactors (all modules besides LMS), UKG, Qualtrics Employee Experience, Enboarder, and enterprise data architectures such as AWS DWH integrated to HR Tech ecosystem and reflecting Analytics on Power BI. I have overseen multi-country rollouts, enabled global process harmonization, and designed architectures that ensure data quality, compliance, seamless user experience and business value.
