Paul leads the People Analytics team at Takeda Pharmaceuticals, having joined the company and team two years ago. Prior to that, he held a range of analytical leadership roles at Liberty Mutual, including in product analytics, marketing analytics, and people analytics.
He lives in Boston with his partner and three kids, and enjoys biking around the city, swimming in ponds, and watching the Nickelodeon cartoon Avatar: The Last Airbender.
